About the Center Education Foundation

The Center Education Foundation is a community based 501(c) 3 non-profit that is focused on enhancing educational opportunities for children in the Center School District community.  The Foundation provides grant money to Center teachers and staff so that they can provide educational experiences for their students that are not included in the regular District budget.  Recent examples include helping to fund travel to Costa Rica for advanced Spanish students, outreach programs to encourage low income families to participate in the Parents As Teachers Program, and bringing in resource teachers to help elementary students learn about bats and weather.
